Horrible service I wish we had another option for water services!!! Payment portal sucks but They are quick to disconnect and charge fees!! 10 days grace period is ridiculous sometimes u get the bill the week of and if you don’t pay it that day it gets disconnected they are crazy!!!
Customer service was absolutely terrible. Individual working for this company was seen on camera footage on my property in front of my garage where he did not need to be additionally two weeks after attempting to use my front yard water hose, it appears the individual had disconnected my water hose and dropped my nozzle head, cracking it. I have already inquired about having the item replaced as this was not the fault of user error, but the individual at whom came to my residence and carelessly drop my nozzle. Terrible service and have 0 ounce of integrity and accountability.
This company is nothing but scams. During Covid, they said they would not be charging late fees. I forgot to pay my bill and was charged an NSF fee. They claimed I paid the bill with no funds and my check got returned but my bank has no evidence of this, they didn't even charge me an NSF fee. Nothing. Then all of a sudden every single bill is exactly the same amount. Down to the penny. I few months ago, my online account kept showing no balance every time I tried to pay. But the minute the bill was past due, they tacked on the late fee and let me pay it. they are just ridiculous and someone needs to look into their "business" practices!

Update. Thank you for checking out the issue at my house. They absolutely do not care for anything at this place. The supervisor didn't care about my concerns. I have oil coming from the city main to my water softener, and he was no help. I live about 1 block away from the water company, and if I were him, I would have made this a priority. The water in my tank is completely clean, but this is coming from the city line.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. my mom had made a payment a day before it was due & they still shut off our water the next day. while we call the company this lady Giniva answers very rude & even had the audacity to tell us "learn how to pay your bills" while they cant keep track of any payments made. they need to hire somebody new with customer service skills. she is always demanding for extra money while the payment was made already!!! there was a situation as well where we called to make a payment to reconnect, they lied and aaid they never got an answer at the door so we must pay another $100 to send tech out (we work from home so obviously no one came) so we paid it & they lied again saying someone left water running so they were not able to connect it and we must pay another $100 to reconnect it. this is ridiculous!!!! very CORRUPT company. we had to call the mayor at one point to get to the bottom of this. something needs to be done about this company. if i can give them 0 stars i really would.
I paid my bill after 5pm I called And made my payment my water was still shut off casue I didn't call the woman at the office to give her my confirmation number she was very rude and told me to pay her 100 I called to pay the bill it didn't give me the option to pay the 100 she wanted them cash to send some one well I guess the tech who shut me off didn't agree cause he only turned off the vaule with no lock these company is only trying to get everything they can out of the customer... you'll need to clean office with new staff and give way better customer service

I had a leak on my house on my backyard which was causing water to get inside my house. I called Wendell and he came right away. He detailed a full explanation why by pipe burst, which was leaving the hose connected during water causing the pipe to swell and burst. Prices are reasonable. I will highly recommend him for plumbing services in Horizon.
We had a recirculating pump installed by our home warranty service. Three weeks ago. There were occurring issues that arose because of the new pump installed.Home warranty could not find a plumber in El Paso area to come look at the issues. We were referred to Wendell from Horizon Plumbing by our neighbor. We called him this morning, and explained our situation. He arrived quickly after our call. I explained the issues we were going through. Wendell communicated all issues with solutions, and took care of our major issue with no hot water pressure in our secondary bathroom coming out of the faucet. Wendell has been in the business for 33 years. We found a expert in his field and he will be our plumber for life. Thank you--- Wendell for taking care of us quickly.
I have been using Wendell’s plumbing services for many years now. He has replaced a kitchen faucet, bathtub faucet, garbage disposal, and most recently he replaced our toilet. He comes out quickly, he’s fast, professional, efficient and honest. He replies to my text messages pretty quickly and can usually provide an estimate after I send him photos of the job. Based on my experience with him, I highly recommend using him as your exclusive plumber.
